Our Service Contract
Our Service Contract is automatically included with the purchase of a new Omega Laboratory Information Management Software product and shall be in effect for a one (1) year period, begning on the date of installation. Technical support shall be provided free of charge until this twelve (12) month period has elapsed or until a maximum of one hundred (100) hours have been utilized, whichever occurs first. During the term of the agreement the Purchaser shall receive from Khemia all revisions, updates and modifications to the Software licensed from Khemia.
A product is only as good as the people who stand behind it. For problem resolution, anomaly reporting, documentation clarification or technical guidance, Khemia offers its customers direct access to our software engineers via telephone, email, or right here on our website. Support is provided from NEED HOURS, Monday-Friday and all support requests are logged, tracked, resolved and closed, only when you're completely satisfied.
Khemia software engineers can provide custom programming in any Windows environment. We have dedicated software engineers to create intelligent software solutions with successful business results.
LIMS Installation and Training
Our Application Specialists will provide on-site/remote training to LIMS administratr as well as end-users to facilitate a fast and efficient implementation.
Khemia software has the tools and technologies to migrate data from any legacy software into Omega 11. This helps our clients to get the system implemented cost effectively and in a timely fashion.
